But right now the interpretation is that nothing can be re-used or re-sold again! <br /> <br />This is a real blow to young families who routinely trade, buy and sell used children's ware in order to keep up with the demands of a growing child and still keep to a budget. <br />This is a shocking fact that the hurting economy will have to deal with.<br /> <br />Another big issue is the fact that the testing process is expensive, and only the major manufacturers are able to comply. You know, the type whose mom/auntie/grannie is a vintage lover, so she buys tiny vintage for the youngest in the group.<br /><br />There is something so sweet and charming about baby and children's fashions from the past decades. Lots of little appliques and embroideries to be found on the perky little tops. With so much computer generated embroidery out there, these seem so quaint and old-fashioned (which they are).<br /><br />And when our little darling blasts through that size range in only a month or so, vintage fashions look adorable on a life-size doll, especially the Madame Alexander kind with flashing eye lashes.<br /><br />The examples shown here are truely amazing--unworn dresses still on the original hanger!
